Coach Registrations: When a coach registers a student for a team, existing registered students will have their sponsor consent choices preserved. Initially, new students will have default sponsor consent preferences to confirm or change when they first login.

ICPC ID Platform

Your ICPC ID contains your contest participation history. You control what information is publicly visible:

  • Contest participation and results are always included
  • Contact information (email) is only visible if you consent to sponsor sharing
  • You can make your entire ICPC ID private or public at your discretion

Your Rights and Choices

Access and Updates: View and modify your personal information through your account settings

Marketing Preferences:

  • Opt out of ICPC communications: Log in to icpc.global, click your name, select “Profile,” and update email preferences
  • Withdraw sponsor contact consent: Update your settings to remove consent for future sponsor communications

Data Deletion:

  • Contact us to request securely archiving or deleting your contact information and personal account data
  • Historical contest records (name, university, participation, results) will be securely archived for research and historical purposes
  • Deleted contact information will be removed from sponsor-accessible profiles

  • Remove your email from publicly visible ICPC ID profiles
  • Not affect historical contest participation records
